Product Description
It is used to make some structural parts with specific properties, with the characteristics of high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good conductivity and thermal conductivity.
1100 is industrial pure aluminum, the aluminum content (mass fraction) is 99.00%, and it can not be strengthened by heat treatment. It has high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, low density and good plasticity. It can produce all kinds of aluminum materials by pressure processing, but low strength. Other process properties are basically the same as 1050A. 1100 is usually used to require good formability, high corrosion resistance and no need for high strength, such as food and chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal products, hollow hardware processed by drawing goods spinning, welding combination keys, reflectors, nameplates, etc.
Description of application effect
The ultimate goal of the melting and casting process is to produce aluminum rods that meet the requirements, and to produce these
aluminum rods, it must go through the process: smelting → casting → saw rod → aluminum rod homogenization → cooling, washing rod →
aluminum rod into the warehouse. Extrusion process: Preparation before pressing → Extrusion → Stretching and straightening →
Sawing finished product → Framing and trimming.
Aluminum bar can be used in aviation,aircraft construction,rivet,
trailer wheel,the propeller components,metallic building material,
forging material,welding material,etc.
